The Ramon Allones Specially Selected is a legendary Cuban robusto that has earned its place among the most iconic cigars in the world. Measuring 4 7/8 inches (124 mm) with a 50 ring gauge, this robusto is meticulously hand-rolled using long-filler tobaccos from Cuba’s famed Vuelta Abajo region. First introduced in 1980, the Specially Selected offers a rich, full-bodied smoking experience, renowned for its complexity, impeccable construction, and consistently smooth draw. A quintessential Cuban experience. One of the great traditional Robustos favoured by seasoned smokers. Rich in taste, spicy in aroma.
Cigar Aficionado: 'A leathery, woody smoke with hints of rock salt and earth. Floral notes develop, as do hints of cocoa powder and spicy ginger before the earthy finish. The draw and burn are both even.'

The brand revolutionized the cigar industry by being the first to Introduce colourful lithographs and decorative labels on cigar boxes and use bands on cigars for branding and authenticity.

- Initial Third: Opens with bold notes of dark chocolate, leather, and earth, underscored by a subtle sweetness and a lively peppery spice. The aroma is rich and spicy, with hints of sweet hay and cedar.
- Middle Third: The profile deepens with flavours of roasted nuts, marzipan, and black cherry, complemented by espresso, cocoa, and a creamy texture. Hints of clove, oak, and floral undertones add complexity.
- Final Third: Intensifies with pronounced spice, dark chocolate, and espresso, finishing with a robust, earthy character and lingering sweetness. The smoke remains balanced, never harsh, with a satisfying, long finish.
