E.P. CARRILLO PLEDGE PREQUEL TASTING NOTES 

- Initial Third: Bold notes of spicy oak, liquorice, black cherry, and black pepper. Undertones of baking spices, dark chocolate, and a touch of espresso. A subtle sweetness reminiscent of baked apple and molasses emerges, balanced by hints of earth and leather. 

- Middle Third: Pepper and spice mellow, allowing coffee, cocoa, and creamy cedar to come forward. Flavours of hickory, nougat, and a dark underbelly of ripe stone fruit develop. Aromatic botanicals and a touch of caramel sweetness linger on the palate. 

- Final Third: The cigar intensifies with notes of charred wood, leather, and a resurgence of black pepper. Lingering sweetness, earth, and a hint of burnt wood round out the finish. The body remains medium to full, with a satisfying, robust character throughout.
