After Davidoff moved production from Cuba to the Dominican Republic in the early 1990s, the marque built a new reputation for refined, elegant, impeccably constructed cigars — and this early Dominican-era box, sealed and aged for some three decades, is a lovely piece of that history. The Davidoff 2000 is a classic petit corona; this cabinet carries a Spanish fiscal stamp (from its passage through the Spanish market) and is now UK duty paid.
